The Clerk of Court’s Criminal Department offers support staff for the 22nd Judicial District Court and is responsible for the processing and record keeping for all Criminal cases.

In this department, the public may research and obtain copies of public Criminal records, including court minutes for the following:
- Misdemeanors
- Felonies
- Juvenile cases
- Non-Support cases
- Traffic violation records for adult and juveniles
- Criminal defendant histories
- Criminal background sheets
- Criminal and Civil appeals
Cases sealed by the court or by operation of law are not available to the public.
